Edited with modernized language, “the intent of this book is to bring back some of the most passionate examples of Puritan prayer, from earnest repentance to joyful praise”. I love looking into the heart of the Puritans, they thought so deeply about the Lord. They sought a life of knowing Him through His Word and wrote with passionate love for Him, desiring to make Him known. This book is great if you are new to prayer or need a little help. Read and pray with some of the most thoughtful saints. 💕
