- Do you look to your own wisdom or to the wisdom of God?
- Are you trying to add anything to your salvation?
- Are you trying to be sanctified by your own standards? Your own strength?
- What does adding human wisdom (philosophy/works) to the gospel show about your trust and faith in Christ?
- What do you need to consider about your calling (vs26-28).
- What areas do you think more highly of yourself than you ought?
- Do you look down on others who you deem beneath you, people you believe God could never save? How is this a distorted view of who you were before Christ?
